CLS running a senior leadership programme for a client in Germany
This is a 9-day, two-module blended learning programme for 25-30 logistics managers. The philosophy behind this world-class design concept is that people learn by doing, and not by passively sitting and listening to PowerPoint presentations.
This sessions draw on principles of accelerated learning and graphic facilitation – no PowerPoint in this programme. It can best be described as ‘high-visual, high-touch’ – short theory-input sessions of, say, a leadership concept, followed by active experimentation and application. This makes for an active, dynamic learning environment where participants are constantly interacting and exchanging with each other, and creating meaningful and visual outputs with application back to the workplace.
The days are long and intensive – but the consistent feedback we receive was ‘how quickly the days went – and that’s a good thing!’
